The proverb says face is the index of mind. There are things other than that of face which people often look into. The dream and desire of everyone in this world is to be beautiful. Because appearance makes first impression and first impression is the best impression. The level of confidence is too much dependent on our appearance. For some reason it is so easy to gain pounds here in America. The food and the convenience of car added the factor to obesity while in the country I came from it seemed so difficult for me to at least gain a pound or two. I used to give lot of advice to my friends that it is important to reduce weight but it seems to be very difficult for people here to work.
